Welcome to Being in Balance

“Being in Balance” has been a quest for me for many years and my journey thus far has brought me to the point I would like to support others who are also looking to bring more balance into their lives “Being in Balance” weaves together wisdom from different strands of my life in a way that I can now share it so you can benefit from it too

It offers a multidimensional, unique and personal approach that encompasses the principles and practices of many different models of practice, the main ones being under the headings of Coaching, Dialogue, Talking Circles and Embodied Awareness The approach throughout all my work is a holistic one that recognises all things are connected, both internally and externally, and that if we change one thing about the way we think, do or are, it impacts not only on us but others and our environment causing a difference there too.

My key strength lies in being able to create ‘safe space’ and opportunities for individuals, on their own or as part of a group, to explore what it is they want to be different in their lives; to discover what resources they already have to support this and  what changes may need to happen in order for a new balance to be accomplished and sustained. 

My hope is by us working together to find a balance in all aspects of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing that awareness is raised and a deeper understanding of how we connect with ourselves, others and the environment is gained. This helps build resilience, self belief, and confidence thus enabling people to bring about the possibility of positive change.
